Is Showdown avaliable in my country

I am confused, so basically all those countries that are banned can play show down, they can be qualified they just won't get rewards like I phone, streaming, rank up gems and 6* optional Crystal.

You can clearly see in above picture it is qualifi week. @Kabam Miike can you please briefly describe it so I don't play showdown and stick with show up. Because showdown is open my country while it shouldn't unless you made changes.
