What Would Be The Pros and Cons of Something Like This?

I've seen other games implement better chances, some even guaranteed, to obtain items of higher rarities when "rolling multiple dies all at once" or the equivalent of popping batches of 5 to 10 crystals in one tap.

To give an example, there's one that has a ticket item that would give one of four rarities and is quite similar to a cavalier crystal. Now, it has a feature that guarantees at least one pull that's the 2nd best rarity (equivalent to a 5*) when 10 tickets are used simultaneously (equivalent to popping 10 crystals at once).

As obvious as they might be, what would be the pros and cons of something like this for MCOC? Players' side or Game Dev's side.

For clarity, this is not for the purpose of suggesting something like this to be implemented here in any way. Just looking for an intellectual discussion. Cheers 🍻
