All it costs is energy to go in and get your ass handed to you, and if that happens then you aren't ready.

Skill != roster so the answer is one only you will know.

Unless you have insane skills you will dumb thousand of units even for the initial completion. Let alone exploration it will cost at least two odins.
I wouldn’t even try it with that roster. Better focus on other content until you get more champs and at minimum r4 😉

Doom can literally do all the quests and bosses by himself ( with a bit of skill and luck ). I personally used a 5* rank 4 doom for the initial clear of variant and he did put some tremendous amount of work.

That being said I would recommend ranking up Claire for the Scarlet witch boss and Dr Voodoo because he's crazy in 2nd tile. Venom the duck can help with the cheese in first quest but that's it.

For the first quest I followed the middle lane Which has enhanced sp1 and energise. Apart from mojo, nobody is difficult but you can doom him. The captain marvel boss is easy provided you block bait heavy and cycle her sp1.

For the second I followed the breakthrough path. Iceman was the toughest one. Gamora boss is way too easy. Just cycle her sp1.

For the third I followed the power focus path and since you have doom vision aarkus shouldn't be an issue. Scarlett witch boss is niche because you have to bring a poison immune champ and you can't power drain/burn her. You'll be dead if you didn't bring a poison immune. I didn't had any so I used my doom and heavy slap her during the stun since I had maxed pacify. I was lucky and was able to get a one shot.

For the fourth one I did the arc overload path and Mr sinister was only a problem. Excluding him every one was easy. Storm boss is basically storm but burden of might. Champions who can bleed are great because of the bleed vulnerability node.

The fifth one go for the psychic thorns / life transfer node. It's basically cheese for doom. Doom can literally solo the whole lane due to life transfer. For Spiderman boss make sure to bait only sp2 and don't hit him in his evade phase. Alternatively doom can basically lock him down and he'll never throw a special so you'll be good to go. Be careful for the block damage tho. Venom is also a great option.

The final one I chose the middle lane and it's just a bunch of basic enemies which should be much of an issue. Invisible woman would be a pain but you'll get her down eventually. As for the venom boss he is stacked. His health is about half a million and his attack values are very high. He also has enhanced sp2 which basically means they're unlockable. Power control champs like magic and doom are crazy good for him. I managed to get the one shot with doom.

    Hope this will help.

It won't be a "good" time, there definitely will be quite a few fights you will struggle with but it's definitely doable. Doom can take care of most lane paths, the scarlet witch boss will be real tough though unless you get really lucky. Completion will be okay, exploration might be worth waiting a bit
