Should I upgrade my 5* squirrel girl?

I just pulled a 5* squirrel girl from a legendary crystal and wanted to know if I should rank her up. Skill is my most lacking class currently and my only good opinion is my 4* gwenpool. If you suggest ranking her up I would also be great to know how far. Thanks. Here’s my roster for reference.

    She need dupe and high sig, focus on dusa, g2099 and sparky
