Gambit Rework

Gambit is my all time favorite mutant in Xmen. I want to offer a rework that not only incorporates Remy's Death persona but also his alternate self New Son/Sun.
Activating Gambit Death should reskin him into Gambit Death. A prefight can ease taxation whilst using the loadscreen and during fight the SP3 can load the skin onto him as well. Falling out of Gambit Death should work just like Emma in Diamond form, Warlocks Infection effects, or Omega Reds death spore effects. Even Hood and Guillotine 2099 temporarily shift skins during battle. Now for the scattered rework rough draft:
•Immune to telepathy ( Emmas inverted controls) Gambit can scramble and resist the intrusion of not only Emma Frost but Jean Grey and Proffesor X as well.
•Tenacity vs concussions and stuns
•Fight-to-fight: 1 permanent physical resistance buff and 1 permanent energy resistance buff every instance that kinetic charges are converted into prowess charges. 5 max cap per fight
•Resistance charges paused if KOed.
•Whilst guarding gains 1.5% power per guarded physical contact. 3% power gain on energy contact. Power gain is doubled (3% and 6%) on well timed block and tripled (4.5% and 9%) on perfect block.
• Whilst charging heavy- gains 1 evade charge (up to 5 evade charges at a single time) does not consume during block. Instantly used to evade opponent whilst not blocking. Dexterity and block do not trigger evade.
•Step back hold block- kinetic charging is not interrupted (like Nebula) although time between each charge can still increase while base Gambit, gains 5% power on perfect block + "whilst guarding" gains
•Persuasion: 1 falter charge every 5 prowess charges. If Gambit uses all 3 specials in a fight a 1 sec falter debuff is placed on opponent for every 5 prowess charges activated before all 3 SP were used. All evade buffs at this time are converted into 1 second falter charges. Instead of evading falters are instead consumed. Every hit of a combo Gambit receives after being stunned negates a falter charge.
•Awoken pre fight #1: Start fight as Gambit Death. All energy and phys resist convert to permanent prowess charges as long as you are Gambit Death. Remain Gambit Death 1 second per charge. Can add 1 second each prowess charge by gaining new prowess charges whilst Gambit Death.
•Can only reactivate Gambit Death with both SP3 and 10 kinetic charges whilst not already Gambit Death. Reactivates all prowess charges. All kinetic charges instantly become prowess charges.
•Awoken pre fight 2: Upon death becomes Gambit Death. Restores 50% health with indestructible charge that expires once a clean hit is landed. After indestructible charge is lost instantly lose 50% of remaining health at time of expiry. Every fight after being KOed start permanently Gambit Death automatically lose 50% health and restore indestructible charge.
•Gambit Death: Upon entering state removes all debuff effects. Becomes poison immune, reduces degen potency by 50% and gains Death Factor. All SP are unblockable and each hit of SP converts 1 deathspore into a passive degen debuff that only causes damage whilst opponent is in Death Factor range. Basic attacks have true strike and true damage.
Power siphon on heavy +5% power gain per kinetic charge converted into prowess charges.
Hypnosis: every falter that expires or are removed in any way stun opponent for .5 seconds 5 seconds after expiration unless they use an SP, charge a heavy, negate is active, or gain a buff which is then instantly negated for 0 damage
•Gambit Death SP3: Seeing New Sun. All of Gambits buffs from the quest are restored cap of 100 per buff and expire over 10 seconds (All buffs are charged as 1) afterwards all debuffs on opponent during fight are restored and expire over 10 seconds (all debuffs are charged as 1). Unless negated.
Healed vision: Once all charges from seeing New Sun expire or are negated all of gambits energy attacks become weakened and his bo staff breaks for 10 seconds
OmegaRed Synergy: Causing Gambit Death to bleed activates Death Field.
Havok Synergy: Medium attacks and well timed blocks place plasma charge on opponent. Up to 10 charges. Activate charges with heavy attack or SP.
Sunspot Synergy: Replaces True Damage with 100% Incinerate per hit during Death Gambit
Automatically becomes Gambit Death vs #Villain champions. Does not activate if class disadvantage
