Hey guys,
We are looking for one to help us continue improving our alliance. The short of it: We want to maximize growth with as minimal stress as possible. AQ comes first and is the only requirement, 5x5, 55444, or 4x5. AW is voluntary, but if you volunteer you're expected in every war. Line is optional, but communication is highly encouraged. Last season we finished Gold 3 and only had one loss. We currently run 2 AW battle groups and are transitioning into assigned groups and defenders. We'd also like to start adding a 3rd group to increase points and ranking shooting for Gold 1.
In AQ, we run a 5x5 group, 55444 group, and 4x5 group. Again, we'd like to push that to two 5x5 groups and a 4x5 group. We average around 3400 glory per week and we've had a lot of guys reach Cavalier status being with this group.
