I just pulled a 4* doctor doom. Should I push him to rank 4 or a 5* ghost to rank 3. Have limited T4 basic catalyst

    Ghost to R3 and work your way up to R5. Forget your 4 stars altogether. only rank up 4 star when you have materials in the overflow.

    I definitely wouldn't ignore it. I'm assuming op is around act five level. there, four stars are still insanely useful

    Unless you plan to use Doom regularly, go for Ghost (bear in mind Ghost maybe harder to use than Doom).
