Warlock special hit misses

in Bugs and Known Issues
Past few days I observed my warlock r5 12k around prestige sometimes miss his special power 1 and 2. If it is intentionally done by kabam then please us know so that we can avoid dependent on warlock anymore. It creates a big frustration while playing alliance war.
