Double revives

So has anyone ever seen two revives in one quest? Just curious

Yup I’ve seen two level one revives while doing classic completion in variant couldn’t get both cause diff paths but it was strange

Act 5.3.6 green goblin boss and power reserve path gave 2 revives in same path for me couple of times

You know you can go get 1 then quit and re enter the map and the other will still be there. I've done it many times when there are multiple items on the map i want to pick up
