AI bugs back - recovery times breaking the rules, combo interruptions

Hi,
Over the past week, I have encountered multiple AI issues that have popped up before but seem to have returned. I play on an iPhone.
These are generally the AI being able to recover too quickly or during other attacks and breaking the rules of fighting.
Recent examples;
Monthly EQ
Carnage throws a special before his heavy resolves (monthly quest I’m using GP)
Also special while I’m mid combo - no pauses
Voodoo vs Iceman- Iceman able to hit too soon recovering from knock down

Luke Cage vs Yellowjacket in 5.2.4
Yellowjacket is able to recover from being knocked down and throw a special before counter attack hits
Capiw vs Cull Obsidian after sp1 not able counter
Sym Supreme vs Mr Fantastic - Variant (blood/venom) 5.2.2
Punishing MrF heavy gets hit with a special attack before his heavy resolves
