First 5* R4 Advice

Progression: Recently Uncollected
Targets: Act 5 Completion and Monthly EQ UC Exploration

I only have 10 T2As and a single T5B so I'm thinking about who to R4, particularly in my Mutant roster. I'm kinda leaning towards Colossus as I oneshotted Show Up Silver Surfer with him. I'm also thinking about waiting for the Awakening Gem Crystal in the Summoner Appreciation Calendar and if I get a Mutant or Science that will help me decide.

    colossus is a tanky, damage dealing monster. would be even better if he's awakened, but he's still pretty good unawakened
