If Colossus is awakened, then him. If not, then SS.

Socerer supreme

I have a rank 5 5* colossus and he is awesome at everything. Big and easy damage.However as a r3 , Sorcerer Supreme has a lot of utility on the table.I think colossus should also be ranked up but he can wait.

Sorcerer Supreme is super useful in fight where:

1) Opponent has over 10K attack rating as they have high block damage.

2) Awesome utility with awesome value i.e. Armor break, Slow debuff, and Regen.

Situation where I have used Sorcerer Supreme:

1) Variant 5
2) The Champion in Act 6.2.6
3) Some other parts of Act 6

I love her for that reason, so many champs with pesky specials to dodge, being able to block it and regen is super useful!!
