Alliance “swap shop” suggestion

How about an alliance feature where alliance members can swap items such as catalysts, iso or gems?
I’ve found myself overloaded with items sometimes to the point that I can’t really use them or desperately need something else, but then hear an alliance mate needs exactly what I have too much of (e.g. swap a T4 mutant catalyst for a T4 Tech).
