How to get Legend Celebration Crystals from daily specials?

How to get these Legend Celebration Crystals?
As per announcement :
Daily Specials will contain Legend Celebration Crystals! Regular Daily Specials will include 1 Crystal, Grandmaster Daily Specials will include 2 Crystals, and Cavalier Daily Specials will include 3 Crystals.

Are these daily specials are The Halls of Healing, Glory, and Fortune events?
Do we need to complete those or fully explore to get these crystals.. Or will there be some other events which I'm missing? Please help

    in the store offers for real money you have the option to buy daily bundles based on progressions, these have the legend crystals included. you can also obtain a free legend crystal every 7 hours. the halls of gold, healing, and glory are completely separate bonus quests that rotate every day and allow you to earn gold, iso, and revives and potions

    no daily specials is the basic 5$ deal, grandmaster one is for UC players and contains 2, Cavalier daily special has 3.
    But you can get them for free every 7 hours, at a max of 24 for the whole event.

    You have to manually collect the crystal from your crystal page. Mine was all the way at the bottom. There is no prompt like for the daily or free crystal.
