5x5 gold 3 looking for a few players

Hey I'm currently looking for a few players for a 5x5 alliance. We do 190m+ weekly. Prestige is just over 8k to start.
We also run 3 AW groups, full diversity. We are high gold 3, hoping to break gold 2 this season.
AW and AQ are mandatory.
7k+ prestige prefered. (Most of us are 9k-10k but we dont turn away people still building their rosters)
We are a close knit alliance as well. While we do get down to business, it's not all business all the time.
