    Depends on your roster. Although I would certainly not awaken BWCV, her sig adds pretty much nothing to the champion. Don't know enough about Sasquatch to say anything about that. Magik if you have Warlock synergy, but she needs at least sig 20. Colossus needs it most, but needs high sig.

    Colossus. The rest don't need their awakening. I've got Doom awakened and I don't notice a difference in his playstyle just an occasional bonus when you nullify a power gain buff
