Ultron Special objective

Trying to complete the ultron special objective, but I can't seem to find ultron in incursion. Are there a specific zones/sectors where you find ultron most of the time?

You can do it in Quests as well. RTTL, Chapter 2, Quest 1. 2 Energy.
