A huge problem in game

Few months ago I became uncollected.And now 5* openings are disappointing me. It's hard to collect 5* crystal shards normally,but I worked hard for that and my recent pulls are


And my some recents are pheonix and Cyclops. How can a summonner grow and get interested in game by getting this worst pulls? My total hard work for collecting shards is thrown in garbage by kabam. Why this is happening to me and I also have other meme tiers too. why kabam did this to me. @kabam Miike please respond and reply. Those crystal openings broken my heart on MCOC

Hey @Harsha_9550, we don't intentionally give players undesirable Champions on consecutive Crystal openings. However, we're also not going to alter Crystals in a way which would allow players to obtain the most desirable Champions all the time. If we were to do that, there wouldn't really be desirable Champions in the game because all players would have them and they would simply become common.

The Champions you receive from opening Crystals are determined by the drop rates. We've set those to help maintain balance in the game and there is an equal chance to obtain all available Champions, unless stated otherwise. You can read more about drop rates in THIS article.
