Which of my 4*s should I take to rank 5?

I’ve been waiting to rank up champions because I keep hoping I’m going to get a really good 5* who I can rank up that isn’t tech, I have a bunch of good tech champions and need more t4cc, but I’ve decided I should probably take some more of my 4*s to rank 5 and wanted advice on who. Some things you should know are I already have omega red and human torch at rank 5 so they aren’t in the picture, my good 5*s are ghost and starky, and the picture below is just 4*s. Lastly I’m not a great archangel player so I don’t really want to rank 5 him and I feel like I have enough good options to not. Thanks.

Oh, and one thing I forgot, I also have proxima midnight and magneto as my other good 4*s who I haven’t upgraded at all yet but they’re options too.

I'd go cap marvel or voodoo. both are super useful for progression

Are you Uncollected yet? If not, I'd go Sparky. He's awesome for The Collector. If you are Uncollected, probably CMM.

Go for Medusa she pretty much destroys all content and just 100% shuts down robots especially the final Ultron boss for Act 5.

What do you mean you’re not a great Archangel player? Curious!

@MegaGalactic What I mean is I use archangel when he’s the best option for a boss, I used him for the pressure gauge, power shield iron fist in the uncollected event quest, but I normally don’t bring him while questing because I feel like I’m bad at his rotation and will get hit more than if I’m using other people because of that.
