Dexterity not evading basic charge attack

Not sure if this is a bug or just a really strange timing thing. NEVER used to have a problem with it.

If I dodge back at the same time the opponent charges I am getting hit. When it first started happening I was thinking maybe their timing was just absolutely perfect and they were charging the millisecond after I stopped dodging. But it has been happening more and more frequently and it's almost simultaneous. It happens A LOT on the immunity path on map five.
