Friendly and Active adult alliance LF 5 active players. AQ Map 3, AW, SA, 3 day events

Hey all,
We're a really relaxed, but active ~3 mil alliance looking for a few more players to finish off our roster after some recent chaos (I'll explain that at the bottom so it is clear). We have 15-20 here with map 4 experience, and we want to mix in hopefully 2 map 4's next map reset (maybe even this one depending on the 5 of you who are interested). The goal is to start this AQ week with the intention of map 3. We will be entering this SA week with 21 established players and 9 new ones (if we find 5 from this post), so there will be a little "let's see what we have" with map 3 at the start. Of the 21 we have that are established, almost all of us are strong fighters (again, see explanation at bottom), so you would be coming into a strong core for an alliance.
We're organized, friendly, use line, almost all adults (the only under 18 I know of is someone's son in the alliance). We play to have fun, but we also do play a solid amount to meet events and help us grow. We have boss killers, and our line killers probably average around 60k, but I have 30k players here who are growing, active, and intelligent enough to at least learn from their mistakes. I'm not requiring any rating to add from this post, if you are lower in rating I just ask that you meet those criteria and have at least a respectable AQ team. If you are higher level looking for a place to chill and play with low stress, I only ask that you are active enough that you help a bit to those aforementioned things that help the lowbies grow... as simple as doing arena during arena event or using items during item use.
Explanation of our "chaos":
I posted last week about being in a common situation that a lot of alliances are in with 15-20 solid players and 10ish bad ones. The chaos I refer to was that weeding itself out. We removed 5 inactive players, then 3 more left from that "just active enough" group. It left us with a solid core and about 5 weaker, but active players. During the chaos of recruiting a few more left. Yesterday, the officers and I asked if the rest of the alliance would be patient enough to let us fill the spots, since the two steps forward, two steps back wasn't getting us anywhere. That leaves us where we stand today. Alliance currently sits at 25 players, a large amount of us are friends and want to stay together (and also have map 4 experience and can fight). If we fill this up with 5 strong players I think we can get to 44433 next week, and maybe even 54443 in a few weeks, but it depends on who joins.
