Silver 2 Alliance, looking for new blood

Hey guys and gals,
We're a Silver 2 alliance, looking for new blood, to help us grow further. We're looking for active & commited members that are here for the long run, just like we are. We appreciate communication & respect and we strive to keep a nice community that works & chats together even when off game. So far we're doing great, but we have some open spots.
What we ask ?
Discord & AQ is mandatory, the rest is optional. Real Life has priority, so communication is most important when it comes to ally events or participation.
Being uncollected or above is a big plus.
What you get ?
You get a dedicated alliance that always tries for the best, strive to get better in time and get more rewards for everybody. We are a multicultural group, with members all across the globe (USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and even Asia), and we try to accommodate everyone's needs and timezones. And most important, 'there's no I in team'.
What we want to achieve ?
We are currently a silver 2 alliance (we fell some positions in the last season) and we are capable of playing map5 ocassionaly (due to our numbers not overall power). We would like to grow further and reach better AW rank (at least Gold) and play map5 consistently, for starters. We are looking to grow helping each other and enjoy the game, of course.
