Magneto + sunspot synergy Broken

My sunspot is sig 130, meaning he should give magneto an extra 49.5 ability accuracy on his sp3 when warlock/cable is on the team. This would make every Prowess trigger bleed, but when I use the synergy the 70% bleed chance seems unaffected. It would be great if this was fixed!
