Act 6 Dialogue

Is it just my game, or is the story dialogue in Act 6 not showing up at all? The only quest I’ve noticed this on yet is 6.3.1 during my initial completion, but I’m wondering if this is happening in other quests as well?

I experienced this as well, the whole of 6.3 doesn't have dialogue, I don't know why this hasn't been fixed yet as It was months ago that I beat 6.3 and it appears the bug is still around. The dialogue did return in 6.4 though
