Who has the weakest damage in the entire game at their max potential?

What I mean by max potential is any furies/damage number boosters they can get, no matter how impractical. Groot's damage is terrible, but he does gain occassional furies that make his damage a tiny bit better, but still terrible. King Groot gains furies as well to boost his terrible damage by a bit.

    Abomination. His fury doesn’t stack, and the poison he inflicts is from blocking and being struck.

    Max potential includes synergies, so yes any synergies that can boost their damage potential count

    Yeah he may be the weakest hitting champion in the game now that I think of it. I think it's between him and Falcon.

    The award goes to groot. Even with max potential, his all those buff, he still hits like a cotton bud.

    actually UC also has fury, and the last time that i used him that fury stacked: i don't know if it's a bug or a silent buff, but with 4 furies he was hitting decently hard ^_^
