Who has the weakest damage in the entire game at their max potential?

What I mean by max potential is any furies/damage number boosters they can get, no matter how impractical. Groot's damage is terrible, but he does gain occassional furies that make his damage a tiny bit better, but still terrible. King Groot gains furies as well to boost his terrible damage by a bit.

Max potential includes synergies, so yes any synergies that can boost their damage potential count

Yeah he may be the weakest hitting champion in the game now that I think of it. I think it's between him and Falcon.

actually UC also has fury, and the last time that i used him that fury stacked: i don't know if it's a bug or a silent buff, but with 4 furies he was hitting decently hard ^_^
