Magneto (Marvel Now!) Cruelty and passive stun bugs

Issues:
1. When under the effects of his special 3 cruelty, all existing prowess buffs are paused. however, when generating new prowess buffs after the special 3, the paused prowess buffs are being replaced my unpaused buffs.
2. When fighting against ROL Winter soldier, and the Pre fight ability is active, Magneto (MN) is unable to apply the passive parry stun.
I use an iPhone 8 with iOS 13.6.1
I have video evidence for these interactions, however i am not sure how to upload them

    Another issue that i just found with Magneto (MN) is at 10 persistent charges, the chance, off any hit to get a 10% prowess should be 50 %. Over 2 fights in Act 4 Chapter 4, a rhino and iron fist, he would not gain these prowess at all, only the 35% ones from heavy attacks

    There's also an issue when using the prefight the passive stun pushes you back (I only tested this out on other champions not magneto, since I only have a 3*)
