Quake failed evade

in Bugs and Known Issues
in war against Mr Sinister on regen mini on boss Island, I died twice due to evades not proccing at the start of a combo and being punched in the face. Global node stubborn doesn't affect it to my understanding. Tier 4 or 5 wars.

    Welp, I'd say you guys are right about assassins. Thanks for the clarification, I always forget that mastery.
