MCOC really doesn't do a great job representing the comics IMO. You have weak champs who should be strong and strong champs who should be weak (comparatively speaking). I'm still waiting for the day Hulk feels like Hulk. The closest thing we have is Dragon Man's SP3 mechanics....that should be how Hulk is.
