Suggestion: leaders rewarding officers

As an alliance leader that puts a lot of effort into making my alliance as good as it can be, I'd like to have a way to reward my officers for the work they put in and I'm sure other leaders would feel the same. Whether it be a pool of iso, gold, boosts, or shards that I can reward officers with would make the officer role more worth the effort. It might even make members more inclined to officer. Alliance leadership put in a lot of time and work and it just increases the better you get. I'd really like to be able to show my appreciation with something other than words.
