Still having a gold issue even after it was "fixed"

I tried contacting support and I got the same email back all three times. I just want my account to work. 3upjibce9jel.png


  • I'm in the same boat as OP.

    Still have over 9 trillion gold - can't do anything in game that requires gold (i.e., add mastery points/rank up champs/can't earn any gold).

    I've opened 2 support tickets thus far that have resulted in the same auto-message OP received and then tickets closed, even though I provided a screenshot of the 9 trillion + gold.

    Please re-initiate the extra gold removal again.
  • I'm on my fourth ticket since it started hopefully they can resolve it.
