So far it has happened in the new side event, a random fight earlier against red hulk, and now 3 times in 1 fight against cavalier EQ HT in 1.1 resulting in losing 80% of my hp.
Just started happening after the update and doesn’t happen every time. I know it is not mistimed on my end because the first hit connects, then, as he’s turning into the cannon, the opponent recovers and is able to block and counter.
Was surprised there hasn’t been any other reports of this, at least that I can find.
