Cavelier difficulty and Void intimidating presence debuff

Are Void's intimidating presence debuffs not classed as damaging debuffs? They don't seem to be triggering the power gain in the first Quest of the Cavelier difficulty event quest... thanks.

    Not they are not.
    Void has an ability that when the opponent has a debuff they take tick damage, but that can be any debuff, most frequently stun. It doesn't count as a damaging debuff.
