NEED HELP WITH TECH AWAKENING GEM PLS

I have been planning my gem usage for quite some time... this is for my 5 star rank 3 tech god tiers. The options i have are IMIW, Hulkbuster and Mysterio. All of them are absolutely fun imo and i wouldnt mind getting a few suggestions from y'all, so as to make the best possible decision for my roster. Thank u in advance, folks. :)

    Save it for maybe ghost, warlock, or even gaurdian maybe

    From the options I'd suggest you to save up that gem for ghost/ guardian. Mysterio need high Sig , IMIW awakened ability comes at play at only below 15% which is quite risky and hulkbuster gives you a massive heal when you drop down to 15%. I'd say save the gem but if you really want to use it , then use it on hulkbuster as he'll be much much more sustainable.
