Archangel polka dot node

In the new cavalier difficulty chapter 1 quest 1, it seems like archangel's neurotoxin prevents him from gaining power. If there are bleeds and poison on a defender Archangel gains power... but as soon as a neurotoxin is applied AA's power gain stops!

Neurotoxins aren't debuffs, so they don't count for the node, same with HT's Nova Flame.
