Summoners, due to a technical issue, this week's series of Alliance Quests will be cancelled at 4pm PT. There will not be any Rewards for this series. The next series of Alliance Quests will start on April 18 at 12pm PT. We will be assessing the impact on Alliances and compensating accordingly, as well as returning Alliance Tickets.
White Magneto - Prowess not proccing at 10 persistent charges

White Magneto was proccing prowess normally but then I got him to 10 persistent charges in AQ and he quit putting up prowess buffs when punching. He would only get prowess buffs from heavy attacks and that caps at 3 stacks of prowess.
Prior to hitting 10 persistent charges, how prowess buffs were working just fine. But I went through three straight fights without putting up any prowess buffs outside of heavy attacks.
