I think he's bugged was going to use him for the omega boss rush and found him taking lots of damage on perfect blocks

    What are ur masteries

    Cap IW HAS a base 76% block proficiency, so he negates 76% damage
    The block proficiency mastery raises it by a few % points due to diminishing returns. But parry has a flat % value on reduced damage, maxed out parry has 25% reduction making capiw get perfect parries
