Is this a new mechanic ?

I was in the new cavalier and I noticed this that in fights you start your hit combo and the defender can evade after your first or second hit and nail you. So are we limited to one and two hit combos now ? Be honest Kabam as I’m not interested in this game if I’m only safe on a one hit combo....I don’t want to be in 15 minute fights when on a 15 minute break at work. As all the wacky made up nodes we see...nowhere have I seen two hit limit. Thanks

Video or it didn’t happen. Seriously doubt it unless it was an evading champ. Has nothing to do with you being cavalier 😂
