Omega w/o suicides

just pulled omega(obviously)& am wondering if I should invest resources to take to r4 right away? I also have generic awakening gem & around 100 sig stones. My main quest roster is doom, domino, CAIW, blade, & a rotation of others. Is it worth the investment & if so, are those champions suicide friendly? Thx for any help

I only have Omega Red as a 4 star but with Max sig. I don't run suicides and the dudes still a beast.
