Units store down?

Android units store not working, this a game thing or a Google thing?

Other android in app purchases are working with Play Store, appears its just MCoC. Grey buttons cannot make in app purchases.

Buttons in unit store act like they're waiting for a transaction to process. Can't click, not green, subdued color. Trying to switch to alliance tickets freezes the game.
