Missing solo event rank rewards

Several times I have experienced this whilst playing the game I have hit high scores in solo events qualify for rank rewards and receive nothing it's happened far too many times and I'm not getting any where with support tbh this game is going down hill first aw now rank rewards and it's happening far too often for my liking the rewards may not be great but they still help please say if you have experienced this it would help so much as I am getting pretty annoyed!

In the 7h solo events only the top 20% get rank rewards

So something has to be fixed as that's a joke there's quite a huge amount of people who play this game I'm done this is getting worse totally broke
