Are regular balance checks seen certain months after the champion's release still a thing?

I remember back when Namor was nerfed, I believe Kabam said that we would get regular balance checks, giving tune ups or down to champions. That was why Ebony Maw and Annihilus was tuned up. But I don't think I saw any recent balance changes. Is that not a thing anymore? Or does it just go under the tune up schedule?
and yes... this is a reaction to the apocalyse deep dive.. He doesn't have terrible damage, but his buildup is unrealistic and his non-built up utility is not good enough for him to see real use. He kind of reminds me of Mole man or Terrax.
