Decreased shards from daily quest

why have you guys decreased the amount of shards from daily quest , I used to get around 700 class shards from t3 quest in hard path and around 500 shards from easy path , but now I only got 100 shards from easy path and around 250 shards from hard path , why have you decreased them so much , and this is not only in t3 class catalyst quest it is same in , t2 and t1 . Please spread some light on this , and if it is a bug please fix it .
