No health potion from ROL winter solider

Just had three fights against winter soldier in ROl and only received 1530 gold but no health potions. Either I Am facing an unlucky scenario or something’s up. It would much appreciated if people can verify if it’s luck or the game that is the problem.

    Is not a guaranteed item. Just keep on trying.
    I've been farming tons of potions this week and can say that is dropping pretty normally

    I usually get health potion 95 percent of the time but doing ROL after a while so not sure if something has change or I missed something.
