Tigra - not incinerate immune?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Doing Cavalier ch 1.2, path with Shifting immunity - bleed and poison immune and Diss Track. Using Human Torch Or Hyperion, she does not take incinerate damage. The smoulder passives apply, but no incinerate. Tigra’s description does not say she is incinerate immune.

I’m on an Iphone 7, version 13.5.1. Current version of MCOC.

    Yep. Don't use Flame-On with Diss Track.

    She is not immune to incinerates, she is just immune to ALL damage while at less than 3 debuffs due to dis track It is hard to keep 3 incinerates on at a time with HT, and if you use nova flame the won’t count because they are passives, he is not a good counter there
