Red Magneto Bug - Matador

Noticed on chapter 3.1 of cavalier difficulty monthly event quest, matador is not consistently providing red mags power when a #metal opponent special is used.

I think its just the way AAR works with that node. Not sure about Magneto as I've not used him but i believe AA doesn't gain power with enough neuros on that node either. I guess they both shut the node down so you gain no power?

It is aar, it can be cancelled by aar since it is a trigger
