Is Medusa even in the new 5* crystal?

Her face didn't appear once in the spinning crystal...

    I didn't see her once. Now I'm 0-10 on 5* features, but it's all "random" of course. This will be like the Punisher Crystal where they will SAY she's there, even though she isn't until an update later. I'm so done with this BS from Kabam.

    I opened 3 and I saw many of the sub-featured as I would expect, but didn't see her once. If she hasn't been added yet by mistake, please take the champs back and give me my shards back so I can spin again. Ha ha...

    I opened 2 and did not see her. I took video if Kabam needs to see it. I understand it isn't guaranteed, but she wasn't in there at all.

    Yes, of course I was opening the featured crystal. But, good to know at least she isn't just not there. Just bad luck as usual... would have been happy to have even duped the one feature I got with Iceman. Ha

    Also, the animation of the spin is for display only...as soon you drag it over your champ is already decided.

    I realize that, but if she isn't even in the wheel, how do we know she was even a possible option? I'll feel better when it's confirmed someone on Android pulled her.

    Thanks Mike, it's just weird some of us didn't even see her face at all in our featured 5 star crystals.

    I hope it's just not because I didn't "restart the app" before spinning. Ha ha. And, one of my was Kamala. So trust me I feel you... Not the cosmic champ I was hoping for...

    And, I thought the odds were like 25%?? That's still against you, but not nearly as bad as most crystals.

    Yeah, for sure, I know some others who have now too. I pulled the crystals immediately after it was available and just hadn't seen her at all on the reel, which is odd because I had seen others in the past (Iceman, for instance). But, I succumb to the fact now that I just have terrible luck :(. Ha ha. :neutral:

    Mate you still opening features after 0-10, WOW. Features are irrelevant with 6 star coming. There are amazing heroes in the basic pool. People opening features get 0 sympathy. Sorry!

    My apologies if I sounded rude. I also suffered from the feature crystal dissapointment before and never talked about it because it is just so unfair. 0-4 here and never doing it again. The fact people still do get this crystals is mind blowing!

    The spin is not a reflection of everything that is in the Crystal, and it doesn't reflect the outcome. When you click Spin or Open, the outcome is generated. The visual spin is just a glimpse into some of the possible outcomes.

    The current basic pool has 6 champs that i would consider a difference maker (ultron, SL, magik, hulk, x-23, hawkeye). An argument can also be made for xbones and gilly. 6/54 is 11%, thus you have an 11% chance to get an impact champ from the basic pool. The elite features (iceman, sparky) have about a 20% chance, so that 20% plus about another 12% from the basic + sub feature (80% of non feature multiplied by an estimated 15% since theres a few awesome sub featured). This means you have almost a 3 times better chance at an impact champ if you open when there's an awesome feature champ at only 1.5 times the cost.
