Cull obsidian bugged ??

I went in to fight the map 5 mini boss mr. fantastic with cull who had 5 charges

So he’s supposed to ignore the evades when having 5 charges

But

Mr. fantastic sometimes evaded while sometimes I would see evade failed , which means his true strike is bugged , will sometimes work and sometimes won’t !

Am I missing something or is this a bug ? Been like this for several weeks now !

The only reason I take cull for mr. fantastic mini is the TS at 5 charges , but it isint working correctly

    Instead of just answering , I’m advised to read the champs abilities , which is fine , but y’all could have been more helpful , no ?

    I still didn’t find anything that would allow fantastic to bypass cull’s TS ?

    What am I missing ?

    What modifier were you guys using. Force of Will might have something to do with it.

    It only works when Thanos' favors are active. Not rout.

    It only works when Thanos' favors are active. Not rout.
    That’s was what’s I’m meant early but decte to call it rout anyway glad offer catch my mistake and helped out
