Crystal Open Error

I just open a premium Crystal and then the game closed out losing my crystal with it. This is not the first time that this is happened as when I'm battling. I know you guys are not going to give you back my crystal but please fix the issue.

I'm really sorry to hear this happened! I would definitely recommend reaching out to our Support team as they've got the capability of looking into this further for you.

To contact them, click the gear icon on the upper left corner of the Contest's main screen. From there select 'Support' and you'll be able to submit a ticket.
