Wars and (Alliance) Quests

Is it possible to have a war or "AQ" if you are not in an alliance. Join when you can so you're not committed to being involved in every event for an Alliance. Obviously no rank rewards, so maybe t4cc fragments during the course and 4*/5* shards in the war. Maybe reduced availability so you throw your character into a pot, get mixed with similar level as you and you (the player) get what you get. The players would still have to pay gold, loyalty, and battlechips. Being in an alliance sometimes feels like a full time job, but rewards are nice. At first I thought you can stay out of an alliance, but Chapter 5.2 and 5.3 do require higher ranked champs and better champs. Just a thought.

One idea I can think of is to open your own Ally, and just run it yourself.

So keep the ally as open, post that it's casual and run it when you want and not worry about rankings. Good idea.
