Help-Boss Killer Needed

Hey all. 6+ mil ally teetering on the edge of expert tier. Run maps 4&5 in AQ, tier 7-8 in war. No event requirements, just do AQ/war. We recently had one of our top guys take a break and need a sufficient replacement to keep us at our current level or above. It can be temporary or permanent, your choice. Even I got a good laugh out of that one. I guess I should specify: I am looking for a highly rated, highly skilled fighter-not a unit spender.
